COMPANY PROFILE AND CONTACT DETAILS
As an exhibitor, you are entitled to a 50-word promotional paragraph on the conference website, which also be featured on the conference app. All updates must be done by the deadline of Tuesday 3 May and can be updated by e-mailing email@example.com.
A soft copy of the delegate list will be provided prior and after the conference. It will include delegate names, positions, organisations, and country (subject to privacy laws).
Please see the registration desk on site if you require a hard copy of the delegate list.
Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be served daily in the exhibition.
The venue has sole catering rights. All external food and beverage samples made available at exhibition stands must be approved prior to the exhibition commencing. Please contact MCEC Exhibitor Services for approval firstname.lastname@example.org or refer to the MCEC exhibition web page for stand catering or sampling order forms.
GROUP BOOKINGS AND ACCOMMODATION
If you require accommodation during the conference and are booking for a group of a minimum of ten (10) rooms, please email the conference organisers with your requirements. A list of hotels is available for group bookings can be found on the website here.
